SoB-UEW Trains Students in Financial Literacy Through Savings Simulation Game

The School of Business (SoB) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) is equipping selected students with practical financial literacy skills through a two-week savings simulation game training currently underway at the SoB Seminar Room.

The training, which commenced last week and will conclude this week, forms part of efforts to inculcate a strong culture of savings and prudent financial decision-making among students.

IERIS-UEW Explores Research Collaboration with NaSIA to Strengthen Quality Education

A seven-member delegation from the Institute for Educational Research and Innovation Studies (IERIS) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has paid a working visit to the National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA) to explore avenues for research collaboration aimed at improving the quality of education in Ghana.

UEW Launches Prof. Assuah’s Book on Mixed Methods Research

Prof. Charles Kojo Assuah, Dean of the Centre for International Programmes, University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has authored a scholarly book on mixed research methods officially launched on Wednesday, 11th March, 2026, at the North Campus Mini-Conference Room.

The book, titled “Unpacking the Puzzle of Mixed Methods Research,” aims to strengthen the research capacity of postgraduate students and academics.
