VCCIP | Financial Support for Needy Students

The Vice-Chancellor’s Community Initiative Programme is accepting applications from qualified students for financial support for the 2025/2026 academic year.

This initiative is designed to provide financial assistance to underprivileged indigenes of the Effutu and Ajumako Traditional Areas to pursue tertiary education at the University of Education, Winneba. Priority consideration will be given to students enrolled in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) programmes.

Matriculation Ceremony for Fresh Students of CODeL | 2025/2026 Academic Year

The College for Distance and e-Learning (CODeL) will hold its Matriculation Ceremony for fresh students for the 2025/2026 academic year as scheduled below:

Date: Friday, 13 February 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Venue: Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre
Mode: In-person and Online (University Website and Official Facebook Platforms)

Matriculation is a statutory requirement for the conferment of full student status. Attendance is therefore compulsory for all fresh students.

Matriculation Ceremony for Regular Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students | 2025/2026 Academic Year

Management hereby informs all newly admitted regular undergraduate and postgraduate students that the Matriculation Ceremony for the 2025/2026 Academic Year has been scheduled as follows:

  • Date: Thursday, 12th February, 2026

  • Time: 9:00 a.m. prompt

  • Venue: Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus

  • Mode: Hybrid (Face-to-Face and Online)
