The Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) is steadily emerging as a hub where ideas are nurtured, skills sharpened and future industry leaders shaped.

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), through its Department of Art Education, has organised an exhibition titled “Embodied Histories: Visual Art as an Archive of Ghana’s Past,” reaffirming the University’s commitment to using creative scholarship to explore national history and identity.

The Faculty of Health, Allied Sciences and Home Economics Education (FHASHEE) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has organised a workshop for postgraduate students as part of efforts to strengthen research quality, academic integrity and scholarly excellence across the University.

The Vice-Chancellor’s Community Initiative Programme is accepting applications from qualified students for financial support for the 2025/2026 academic year.

This initiative is designed to provide financial assistance to underprivileged indigenes of the Effutu and Ajumako Traditional Areas to pursue tertiary education at the University of Education, Winneba. Priority consideration will be given to students enrolled in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) programmes.

The College for Distance and e-Learning (CODeL) will hold its Matriculation Ceremony for fresh students for the 2025/2026 academic year as scheduled below:

Matriculation is a statutory requirement for the conferment of full student status. Attendance is therefore compulsory for all fresh students.

The Faculty of Science Education (FSE) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has engaged fruitfully with representatives of the Youth and Environmental Club at Agona Nyakrom and its German partners to promote environmental sustainability.
