The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has commenced its maiden Chinese Language Proficiency Course, marking a historic milestone in the Institution’s commitment to broadening linguistic and cultural horizons.

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), formally inducted over 16,000 fresh undergraduate and postgraduate students into its academic community during a matriculation ceremony held at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre and the Ajumako Campus Ceremonial Grounds on Friday, 28th February, 2025.

The Tertiary Education Workers Union of Ghana (TEWU-GH) has called on the management of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), to intervene in the ongoing disagreement over the withdrawal of car maintenance allowances for junior staff in public universities.

The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has organised a comprehensive workshop to demystify the thesis defence process for second-year postgraduate students.

The compulsory workshop, which brought together students from various disciplines, was designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the often-daunting thesis defence process.

To revitalise alumni relations and strengthen institutional ties, the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), officially inducted the Interim Executive Officers for its Alumni Association on Thursday, 13th February, 2025.
