The School of Business (SoB) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has hosted a stakeholder forum that focused on the critical intersection of digital finance and rural development.

The Department of Early Childhood Education, in collaboration with the Childhood Care Education Students Association of Ghana (CCESAG), is excited to announce its 2025 Week Celebration, under the theme:"Early Childhood Education: A Key to Breaking the Cycle of Poverty"

This celebration, scheduled for August 11 to 14, 2025, aims to promote awareness, student engagement, and professional development through a variety of interactive and educational activities.

The Department of Geography Education at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) held its 12th Annual Geography Education Week under the theme, “Local Solutions to Ghana’s Development Challenges: The Role of the Geographer.”

The week-long event, from Friday, 18th- 24th July 2025, featured a series of academic, cultural and student-focused activities aimed at promoting the role of geography in national development and environmental sustainability.

The Department of ICT Education, University of Education, Winneba (UEW), is excited to announce its 2025 Vacation Short Certificate Courses designed for students, professionals, educators, and the general public looking to upgrade their digital skills.

In response to the growing global demand for digital competencies (World Economic Forum, 2023; ITU, 2023), these programs aim to bridge digital skill gaps and provide hands-on training in high-demand areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
