CEPS-UEW Unveils Strategic Plan to Combat Indiscipline in Ghanaian SHSs

The Centre for Educational Policy Studies (CEPS) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), held a day’s seminar at the Institute for Educational Research and Innovation Studies Conference Room (IERIS) on Thursday, 30th January, 2025, to disseminate the findings of its research titled “Indiscipline in Senior High Schools (SHSs) in Ghana.”

Newly Appointed Faculty Quality Assurance Officers Undergo Training

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) commenced a workshop aimed at equipping newly appointed Faculty Quality Assurance Officers with essential skills and knowledge to effectively function in their roles.

Under the theme "Quality Begins with You," the training, organised by the UEW Directorate of Quality Assurance, is designed to provide these officers with a thorough understanding of their responsibilities.

CoLANGE Strengthens Ties with Ga Traditional Council

The College of Languages Education (CoLANGE) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has taken steps to strengthen ties with the Ga Traditional Council.

A six-member delegation, led by Prof. (Mrs.) Rebecca Akpanglo-Nartey, Principal of CoLANGE, on Friday, 24th January, 2025, visited the Ga Traditional Council to express gratitude for their support during the Ga Homecoming on campus and their commitment to student welfare.
