This lecture forms part of an initiative by the ESDEV Foundation Africa, in collaboration with UEW and other leading institutions, to advance dialogue and action on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) transformation across Africa.

The lecture is held in honour of Prof. Jophus Anamuah-Mensah and his enduring contributions to education and national development.
