Collection of Academic Gowns for the 2026/2027 Matriculation Ceremony

The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs (ODSA) wishes to inform all Members of Convocation who intend to participate in the Vice-Chancellor’s procession during the 2026/2027 Matriculation Ceremony that registration for the collection of academic gowns commences on Tuesday, 3rd November, 2026.

The arrangements are as follows:

  • Commencement Date: Tuesday, 3rd November, 2026

  • Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Venue: Office of the Dean of Student Affairs, 2nd Floor, Student Centre, North Campus

The Matriculation Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, 5th November, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus, Winneba.

All interested Members of Convocation are encouraged to register and make the necessary arrangements for the collection of their academic gowns ahead of the ceremony.
