The book highlights both spatial and temporal constraints on human beings to conceptualize and act swiftly on threats pose by the environment. Globally, there is a wide difference between the lived experiences of the environment inthe western and the developing countries. Most developing countries struggle to find their daily sustenance and sometimes give little regards to how they obtain their environmental livelihoods., There should therefore an adoption of a suitable approach and methodology to the relationship between human beings and environment studies. This book reveals to the reader the theories, concepts and research that are used to explain the relationship between human beings and their environment.
