Dr Roger Amoako is a dedicated lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations at the University of Education, Winneba. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and a Master of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Management from the University of Education, Winneba, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the same university, as well as a Commonwealth Executive Master of Public Administration (CEMPA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Additionally, he is an alumnus of the University of Ghana, where he earned a bachelor's degree in history.
With extensive teaching experience across both pre-tertiary and tertiary education levels in Ghana, Dr Amoako is a seasoned educator and a professional teacher. His areas of expertise and interest include educational leadership, management and administration, educational policy analysis and implementation, and teacher education.
