Important Dates
- Call for Abstracts Issued: 7th October 2025
- Deadline for Abstract Submission: 2nd January 2026
- Notification of Acceptance: On or before 7th February 2026
Publication
Accepted abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts.
Ethical Considerations
- Submissions must be original and must not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Conference Fees
- General Participants: GHS 1,000.00
- Students: GHS 500.00
- International Participants: USD 150.00
