  • Dates: Tuesday, 31st March – Thursday, 2nd April 2026
  • Venue: Central Campus, University of Education, Winneba

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract Length: 200–250 words

  • Abstract Must Include:

    • Title
    • Author(s)
    • Affiliation(s)
    • Five keywords
  • Format: Microsoft Word document

Important Dates

  • Call for Abstracts Issued: 7th October 2025
  • Deadline for Abstract Submission: 2nd January 2026
  • Notification of Acceptance: On or before 7th February 2026

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts.

Ethical Considerations

  • Submissions must be original and must not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Conference Fees

  • General Participants: GHS 1,000.00
  • Students: GHS 500.00
  • International Participants: USD 150.00
