International Conference on Education Research and Innovation Studies (ICERIS-2026)

The Institute for Educational Research and Innovation Studies (IERIS), University of Education, Winneba (UEW), is pleased to invite researchers, academics, policymakers, development partners, practitioners, students, and education stakeholders to submit abstracts for the 2nd International Conference on Education Research and Innovation Studies (ICERIS 2026).

Building on the success of the inaugural conference in 2025, ICERIS 2026 serves as a strategic intellectual platform dedicated to advancing evidence-based educational reforms, fostering innovation, and strengthening accountability across education systems. The conference aims to bridge the gap between research and policy while promoting collaborative solutions to contemporary educational challenges in Ghana and across Africa.

As nations continue to confront learning poverty, teacher workforce challenges, digital transformation demands, and financing constraints, ICERIS 2026 provides an opportunity for critical reflection, knowledge sharing, and the development of forward-looking strategies that support inclusive growth and national transformation.

The conference aligns with Ghana's Education Strategic Plan (ESP 2018–2030) and supports the mandates of the Ministry of Education, Ghana Education Service, National Teaching Council, and the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment. Through this initiative, the University of Education, Winneba seeks to strengthen its position as a continental leader in education research and reform dialogue.
