Dr. Mrs Gyasi , Kate PhD

Dr. Gyasi, is a  Doctor of Tourism Management at Department of Geography Education, University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. She specialises in Tourism Management with particular emphasis on Geography of Tourism, Tourism Destination Development and Management, Ecotourism and Communities and Tourism Development of the Third World Countries. She  has interest in identifying the impacts of tourism in communities and addressing issues of negative impacts from the district level to the national level.

She is also an educationist and has interest in pedagogies of teaching and development of  learning materials for students in second cycle schools. She has many years of experience in teaching in the tertiary, second cycle and basic schools.
