From his humble beginnings in Ghana to his global acclaim, the film explores Anatsui’s innovative artistry, which redefines sculpture and highlights Africa’s cultural heritage. Featuring 90% original footage, the documentary showcases iconic global art landscapes, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and MoMA in New York. 

Produced by Africa-Related with support from El Anatsui, the Jack Shaiman Gallery, and others, the film explores themes of colonialism, globalization, and community impact. With a vibrant soundtrack, this 120-minute visual journey is a testament to Anatsui’s enduring influence.
