Online Request for Usage of University Facilities/Venues

The University Management wishes to inform all staff, students, and other stakeholders that an electronic Facility Usage Request Form has been introduced to streamline the process of requesting and reserving University facilities for programmes and events.

Members of the University community are kindly requested to submit all facility usage requests through the University Data Hub using the link below:

To ensure adequate planning and coordination, all requests for facility reservations should be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled event.
