Linda Quagraine is a Lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences, School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and MPhil Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the University of Ghana, Legon. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in teaching and learning in higher education (PGDITLHE) from the University of Education, Winneba and is currently a PhD candidate in the University of Ghana, Legon.
As a teaching professional with knowledge, skills and achievement from the banking background, she seeks to make an impact through practical learning to achieve organisational goals. Ms. Linda is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana.
Her research experience and teaching interests covers Human Resource development, Change Leadership and management and Organisational communication.
