8th Biennial Social Science Conference
The Faculty of Social Sciences Education (FSSE), University of Education, Winneba (UEW), is pleased to announce its flagship 8th Biennial Social Science Conference, a premier academic and professional gathering designed to bring together scholars, policymakers, development practitioners, researchers, industry leaders, and students from across the globe.
Under the theme, “Bringing the Gown to Town: Seeking Sustainable Development in a Polarised World,” the conference seeks to bridge the gap between academia and society by fostering meaningful dialogue on contemporary development challenges and opportunities. Participants will engage in critical discussions, share cutting-edge research findings, and explore innovative solutions aimed at advancing sustainable development in an increasingly fragmented and polarised global landscape.
The conference will provide a dynamic platform for interdisciplinary exchange, evidence-based policy conversations, and collaborative partnerships that contribute to informed decision-making and transformative social change.
