Beatrice Benewaa holds a B. Ed. in Social Studies Education from the University of Cape Coast and an MPhil in Social Studies Education from the University of Education, Winneba. She worked with the Bia Lamplighter College of Education, Sefwi Debiso, as a tutor in the Department of Social Studies. She is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Social Studies, University of Education, Winneba. She has taught several courses in the field of Social Studies Education. Her research interests include but are not limited to Social protection, Socialization & Social influence, and Governance. Her areas of specialization are Social Studies methodology (skills & techniques), Governance (democracy & nation building), Ghanaian Constitution and National Development.
