Medical Examination for Fresh Students | 2025/2026 Academic Year

The Directorate of Health Services informs all fresh students that medical examinations for the 2025/2026 academic year have been scheduled as follows:

Dates: Monday, 19 January 2026 – Friday, 5 March 2026
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily
Venue: University Hospital

Attendance is strictly by appointment. To book an appointment, complete medical history or monitor your medical screening progress, click the link below:

Students must report to the University Hospital on their assigned appointment date and time with a valid or renewed NHIS card to complete the medical screening exercise.

Please note that the medical examination is a mandatory requirement for admission and formal recognition as a junior member of the University. Student Identification Cards will only be issued after completion of the medical examination and confirmation that the student is medically fit for academic activities.
