Dr. Musah, Anthony Agoswin
Biography
I am a lecturer at the Gur-Gonja department of the Faculty of Ghanaian Languages Education, at the Ajumako Campus of the University of Education, Winneba where I teach Ghanaian Languages (Kusaal) and general linguistics. I hold a PhD in African Studies (Linguistics) from the Goethe University of Frankfurt, Germany, and bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Ghana, Legon. I hail from Pusiga, Bawku, and have strong interests in Ghanaian Languages and Linguistics, in the promotion of under-described languages and in inter-disciplinary discourses. I am the sole author of a book titled 'A grammar of Kusaal: A mabia language of northern Ghana' and co-author of the current orthography of the Kusaal language. I have published academic papers on the linguistics of Kusaal and have ancillary research outputs in the field of culture, peace and conflict studies.
