Chemistry Outreach Programmes
The Department of Chemistry Education, Faculty of Science Education, UEW, in collaboration with the American Chemical Society (ACS), will be organising a series of Chemistry Outreach Programmes in September 2025. These initiatives are designed to engage schools and communities, fostering interest and awareness in the study and application of chemistry.

All sessions will commence promptly at 9:00 a.m. on the respective dates.
The outreach programme is targeted at selected Junior High School pupils in the Effutu Municipality and the Ajumako Enyan Esiam District. It seeks to promote the relevance of chemistry in everyday life, encourage young learners to explore scientific knowledge, and strengthen community engagement through interactive demonstrations and discussions.
