The Department of Labour and Human Resource Studies, University of Cape Coast, in collaboration with the Global Partnership Network (GPN), is organizing a two-day capacity-building workshop for Early Career Researchers and Graduate Students.

Theme: Empowering Future Scholars
Date: Wednesday, 8th - Thursday, 9th July 2026
Time: 8:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. (Each Day)
Venue: Sasakwa Large Conference Room, University of Cape Coast
Target Group:
- Master's and PhD students
- Early Career Researchers with five (5) years post-PhD experience
Workshop Objectives:
This workshop aims to empower and equip Early Career Researchers and Graduate Students in the Central Region of Ghana with hands-on skills in:
- Research design
- Academic writing
- Innovation management
- Collaborative publishing
The workshop will enrich the next generation of scholars with practical skills for impactful research.
