National Service Orientation for Final-Year Students

The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs, in collaboration with the Central Regional Secretariat of the National Service Scheme, invites all final-year students of the University of Education, Winneba, to participate in the forthcoming Pre-Service Orientation. This programme aims to prepare students adequately for the 2025/2026 National Service Year.

The schedule for the orientation is as follows:

Date: Monday, 16th June 2025
Venue: Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus, Winneba

Time & Session Allocation:

  • Morning Session: 10:00 AM prompt

  • Afternoon Session: 12:00 PM prompt

Morning Session (10:00 AM)
This session is for final-year students from the following Faculties and Schools:

  • School of Education and Life-Long Learning

  • Faculty of Applied Behavioural Science in Education

  • School of Creative Arts

  • School of Business

  • School of Communication and Media Studies

Afternoon Session (12:00 PM)
This session is for final-year students from the following Faculties:

  • Faculty of Social Sciences Education

  • Faculty of Health, Allied Sciences, and Home Economics Education

  • Faculty of Science Education

  • Faculty of Foreign Languages Education

Students are advised to arrive punctually for the orientation. Active participation in this orientation is crucial for a smooth transition into the National Service Year.
