UEW to Organise Capacity-Building Workshop for Support Services Staff
The Quality Assurance Directorate of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), in collaboration with the Division of Human Resource, is organising a capacity-building workshop for Support Services Staff.
The workshop is designed to strengthen the professional competencies of participants and enhance their contribution to quality service delivery, workplace safety, environmental sustainability and the overall development of the University.
The programme will feature presentations on the following topics:
- Every Staff Member as a Quality Ambassador
- Delivering Excellent Service through Professional Conduct
- Maintaining a Safe, Functional and Attractive Campus
- Creating a Safe and Healthy Working Environment
- Supporting a Clean, Greener and Sustainable Campus

The workshop will also provide an opportunity for participants to discuss the presentations, share workplace experiences and contribute to an open forum.
