2025/2026 Sandwich First Session Schedule - Department of Basic Education, SELLL

The Department of Basic Education, School of Education and Life-Long Learning, University of Education, Winneba, wishes to inform prospective Sandwich students and the University community of the proposed schedule for the 2025/2026 Sandwich First Session.

The session is scheduled as follows:

First Session Begins: Monday, 27th July, 2026
First Session Ends: Saturday, 5th September, 2026
Duration: Six weeks
Credit Load: Nine credits per week

The programme will be delivered in a hybrid mode. The first four weeks will be conducted online, while the final two weeks will take place on campus through face-to-face interactions.

Orientation for newly admitted first-year Sandwich students will be held online before the commencement of the face-to-face component.

The matriculation ceremony for first-year Sandwich students is proposed for Tuesday, 1st September, 2026.

Prospective applicants and students are encouraged to take note and prepare accordingly.
