Department of Strategic Communication to Hold Kidney Health Awareness Seminar

The Department of Strategic Communication under the School of Communication and Media Studies, University of Education, Winneba (UEW), invites students, staff and members of the University community to a Kidney Health Awareness Seminar.

The seminar forms part of the Department’s annual Social Campaign Planning and Management project, which provides postgraduate students studying Social Campaign Planning and Management with practical knowledge and skills in planning and executing social campaigns.

Dr. Amoah Mensah, a Physician Specialist and Nephrologist from the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, will serve as the speaker. He will educate participants on kidney health and measures for preventing kidney-related conditions.

The programme will be hosted by Prof. Mavis Amo-Mensah, Head of the Department of Strategic Communication.
