The Gender Mainstreaming Directorate of the University of Education, Winneba, is pleased to announce a capacity-building workshop for the 2026 batch of mentees participating in the university's Mentorship Programme.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

This workshop aims to equip mentees with:

  • Relevant knowledge and practical skills in academic writing
  • Techniques for preparing manuscripts for publication in reputable peer-reviewed journals
  • Effective administrative and professional writing skills
  • Enhanced communication competencies for career advancement and professional growth
