Staff Well-Being Seminar on Work–Life Balance

The Gender Mainstreaming Directorate announces the organisation of a staff development programme titled “Work–Life Balance: Men’s Perspective”, in line with ongoing efforts to strengthen staff well-being and inclusive engagement within the university community.

The programme will be facilitated by Prof. Mrs. Emma Sarah Eshun, Director of Quality Assurance, and Mr. Prince Eric Amasu, Deputy Finance Officer.

Date: 27th January 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: North Campus Assembly Hall

The session will examine work–life balance from a male perspective, with focused discussions on societal expectations of men in both domestic and professional roles. Emphasis will also be placed on the importance of effective financial planning as a practical tool for managing work-related stress.

Attendance is encouraged as part of the university’s commitment to holistic staff development and sustainable productivity.
