UEW PARTICIPATES IN THE 10TH GHANA HIGHER EDUCATION FAIR

The University of Education, Winneba, and (UEW) participated in the on-going 10^th Ghana Higher Education Fair in Wa, in the Upper West Region of Ghana organised by I-Texon Ghana. The first phase of the fair commenced on the 18^th January and ended on 20^th January, 2017. It brought together students from about fifteen (15) Second Cycle Institutions in the Upper West Region of Ghana to have interaction with five (5) Tertiary Institutions in the country regarding their academic programmes on offer.

The team, comprising Mr. Patrick Reeks, Mr. Collins Owusu-Ansah, Dr. Samuel Atintono and Mr. Jojoe Annan, is expected to continue to Bolgatanga in the Upper East for the second phase of the Education Fair which is scheduled for the 23^rd to 25^th January, 2017. This is in line with the Corporate Strategic Plan 2014-2018 objective of improving the visibility of UEW and its academic programmes.
