THE USE OF TELEGRAM SOFTWARE IN VIRTUAL LEARNING

The workshop is organised for Part-Time Lecturers of Winneba study centre on the use of telegram software in virtual learning. This has become necessary owing to the challenges that Lecturers and students face due to the late delivery of learning modules and inability to complete the modules within the stipulated time frame.

A workshop on Grammar, Punctuation and Proofreading: Ensuring Professional Presentation

The workshop will address common questions about grammar and punctuation, with emphasis on how such mechanics are essential to effective institutional communications. Strategies for identifying and resolving grammar and punctuation errors would be discussed and practiced as well as effective proofreading skills. Participants will have an opportunity to have their grammar and punctuation questions answered and will leave the workshop with handouts and a list of resources that will assist them in perfecting their speaking and writing skills.

World Home Economics Day

The Ghana Home Economics Association (GHEA) respectfully invites you to the World Home Economics Day (WHED).

"World Home Economics Day", celebrated on March 21st each year, is a day set aside globally by International Federation of Home Economics (IFHE) to celebrate, publicise and promote the significance of Home Economics and the Home Economics Profession.

This years' celebration is on the theme:

"Home Economics Literacy for a Healthy and Sustainable Lifestyle of the Ghanaian Family"

Gender Sensitization Workshop

Gender Mainstreaming Directorate will mark the international Women's Day, which is celebrated globally on March 8th. As part of activities to celebrate the day, the Directorate is oraginsing a Gende Sensitization Workshop for all staff of the University as follows:
