Improving the visibility of intellectual output from the University of Education, Winneba online

In a recent study carried ny some staff of the Univerversity of education, winneba, it was realised that, staff (Senior Members) of the University of Education, Winneba have done extensive research in their respective fields of study. This was evidenced in the number of publications submitted over a twenty (20) year period by staff to be considered for promotion and also by those captured i the Vice-Chancellor's annual reports over the years. An online search through google scholar also indicated that, a good number of these workd are online in journals and some online repositiries.
