Gordon taught at the Specialist Teacher Training College during the 1965-66 School Year and at the Advanced Teacher Training College during the first two years of its operation.
He left Ghana in 1968 to Canada where he became a secondary school Principal (see www.kamhigh.com), an Assistant Superintendent of Schools and then moved on to become a Regional Coordinator for the Ministry of Education for the Province of BC, Canada. He is now retired, but work a few weeks each year doing "Compliance audits of Secondary School and School Districts in BC.
He recall that, at Winneba, he lived in a cement bungalow on the "bottom Street just below the Principal's residence. He was assigned as a special advisor to the Ministry of Education Ghana. He taught Education theory, administration, philosophy, child development and psychology. He also coached the tennis team.
Currently, he works with Judy Dallas who was a CUSO volunteer during the 1970's at the Advanced Teacher Training College.
